When trying to make a transaction, there are no packagings available to select. As seen in the image below, the Packaging drop-down list is disabled:
This means we are not able to print labels, since selecting a packaging is mandatory to make a transaction.
This problem occurs when we have not created any packagings for that variety.
Create at least one packaging for that variety:
If you had already created a packaging, check the following:
- Make sure you created the packaging selecting the proper variety.
- Perform a Data download, making sure you have selected the current season for that variety.
