Problem
If the internet connection fails and Gesvatec cannot connect to the main server to confirm a transaction, said transaction will appear in red instead of green. The ‘Confirmation Date’ will also be blank and the ‘State’ will be Not confirmed:
Solution
Once the internet connection has been restored, the pending transactions will be confirmed automatically after a few minutes. You can also confirm pending transactions manually by clicking the button.
Please note...
- Labels will still be printed even if the internet connection is failing and transactions cannot be confirmed.
- At the end of the season, all pending transactions must be confirmed. Please click the button if there are pending transactions at the end of the season.
