If the printer is properly configured, the texts should be printed correctly on the label without requiring any additional configuration. If this is not the case, check the following:
Printer sensor
It is possible that the texts are not printed in the correct location because the printer sensor is not properly positioned. Check that the printer sensor (red light) is located exactly in the center of the Gesvatec label. Therefore, you will need to move the sensor to the right or to the left until it is centered:
If the labels are not round (such as the ClemenGold ones), the sensor should be placed where the gap between labels is smallest:
Calibrating the printer
If the previous step has not solved the problem, you must calibrate the printer so that it correctly detects the label size. The calibration process varies depending on the printer brand and model; consult its manual to learn how to perform it.
