Problem
When trying to delete a packaging an error message appears, stating Error when deleting the registry: Packaging with transactions made.
This happens because when a packaging has been used to print labels, it cannot be deleted. You can only delete a packaging if it's never been used in any transactions at all.
Solution
If you want to stop using a packaging but you can't delete it, you have the option to disable it. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to the private area of the Gesvatec website.
- Go to the Management→ Packagings screen.
- Find the desired packaging and click its
button to modify it. - Uncheck the Enabled box and click
to save the changes.
After this, the packaging will be disabled 
and you won't be able to print labels if you select it.
