Can I move the license to a different computer or device? – Gesvatec Help Center

Yes. Considering that a license can only be active on one device at a time, the license must be deactivated on the current PC or device first, and then activated later it on the new PC or device. Each license can be moved up to seven times. If the maximum number of movements has been reached, please contact the Gesvatec Support Team (GST).

Please read the Manual: Setup and activation (Labeling) document to be able to install and activate the software successfully. To find the manual:

Log in to the private area of the Gesvatec website with your username and password.
Click the Intraweb option from the main menu.
The Downloads section with all the manuals is located at the bottom of the page.

If you intend to format or replace the computer where the Gesvatec labeling software is installed, we recommend to previously deactivate the license in order to be able to activate it again later.
