The software can be installed on as many PCs as you wish, considering that the software will only be operational in the computer where the license is activated. One license can only be activated on one PC at a time. If you want to transfer the license to another PC (where the software is preinstalled), you need to deactivate it in the current PC first, and to activate it later on the target PC.
